My order says delivered, but I don’t have it.
If your order status shows as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or building managers who may have accepted the package on your behalf. If you still can’t locate it, contact Australia Post with your tracking number for assistance. If issues persist, reach out to our customer service team at info@noglubeauty.com, and we’ll help resolve the matter.
My order is incorrect.
We’re sorry for any mix-up! If you've received the wrong items, please contact us at info@noglubeauty.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including a photo of the items received and your order number. We'll work to quickly resolve the issue.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once your order is placed, it’s processed quickly, so changes or cancellations aren’t always possible. However, if you reach out to us at info@noglubeauty.com within 1 hour of placing your order, we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Where is your shipping location?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
How long will my order take to arrive?
For Australian orders:
- Express: 1-2 business days (excluding Public Holidays).

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
How long do international orders take to arrive?
International delivery times vary depending on the destination country. On average, orders take between 7-21 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to customs processing. You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
I forgot to use my discount code; can I still use it?
Discount codes cannot be applied once an order is completed. Be sure to use your code at checkout, as we cannot adjust pricing afterward.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, Noglu Beauty offers worldwide shipping! Shipping times and fees vary by destination, and international customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees.
Can I return my item?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items. If your item’s seal is broken, it has been used, or it’s undamaged, it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. For more details, check our full return policy.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, if you’re eligible for a return, a refund will be processed once the item is returned and inspected. For damaged or defective items, please contact us directly at info@noglubeauty.com.
Can I shop in-store?
